I don't recommend this business. The initial work was pretty good but I can not get a response from Nick's after they "finished". I have one sprinkler head that will not retract and they never left an invoice for the work I paid for. I was told they would leave an invoice when they picked up the check, then was told Nick would email it, then was told Nick put in in the US mail. After a month...nothing I have reached out to them multiple times for a month (phone and SMS). I am having to take legal action to simple get a part they worked on replaced and to get an invoice.

What happened? The crew that did my front yard was great, but then I got a different crew. They tore out my ground cover, used a high-powered blower in my planting beds, damaging plants, and blowing away the top soil. They disposed of yard debris from other jobs in my trash can. I tried to work with Nick to resolve the issues, but two appointments to discuss the issues were "no-shows" and my calls were not returned. Have they gone out of business? Now I am spending a lot of time and money to repair the damage done to my landscaping.

I've been receiving residential yard maintenance from this company for over a year. Their employees consistently meet my expectations, and have nurtured by front an back yards like their own. Each of the men who have worked so diligently to enhance my property, has my appreciation. As I'm writing this review on Friday, June 2, 2017, Nick's guys are hard-at-work, here. They are paying attention to detail, like always. Thumbs-up, for Nick's Eastside Landscaping!

He sent over an employee to fix my sprinkler system who walked into my home without a mask during COVID and kept trying to talk to me in close proximity. The employee did not bring any gear - not even a flashlight - so we decided he couldn’t do the job that day and that the owner was going to show the next morning to work on it. The next morning he was a no show so I texted him. He said be there between 2 - 2:30p and I said ‘perfect’. He no showed in the afternoon again so I texted him that I was going to find someone else to do the job and he texted back ‘perfect’. Totally unprofessional and quite juvenile behavior for a business owner. I would just go with someone else. I cannot imagine the hassle a bill might have been for any work done.

Keep record of the check you use to pay the owner. He claims the check doesn’t go through so you can pay again in cash, while withholding he check you gave him.
