My family and I have been really impressed and delighted with the design and quality of our home landscaping from True Scape Design. The initial design process went very smoothly with their team helping us quickly create a plan to meet our needs. The initial design presented to us was so consistent with what we had described, but added creative adjustments to make it even better than we could have imagined. Throughout the project, the team has communicated with us, and delivered on the plans effectively and efficiently. We are so happy with the results, and would not hesitate to work with them again. We hired True Scape to redesign and renovate our backyard. They handled both the design phase and the construction, working from their custom plans. The team was highly professional, offering creative design ideas that really impressed us. Their crew was respectful of our property throughout the project. We appreciated how well they kept us informed with regular updates. The end result is amazing - our backyard has been completely transformed. We're so pleased with the outcome that we'd definitely choose True Scape again for any future landscaping projects.

We hired True Scape Design to bring our front yard vision to life and they did not disappoint. It was a huge job, with a two tier retaining wall, new hardscape patio, new concrete steps, and a lot of custom metalwork. The end result was absolute perfection and even better, they stayed on budget and were true professionals to work with from design through final installation!

We would heartily recommend True Scape Design. They know what they are doing. We had a major retaining wall project installed, as well as a new fence, patio and plantings in our backyard. There were so many moving parts in our complicated project and True Scape was instrumental in making the parts work together. From filing and navigating the arduous city permit process, coordinating subcontractors, installing the new fence and landscaping, keeping us in the loop and minding the budget—True Scape was excellent. Additionally, they were invaluable in communicating with all the neighbors about what the project would entail and how long it would take and assuaging their concerns. Additionally, during the project they were willing to pause to discuss a few design elements that were hard to foresee, and work with us to tweak the plans to make a better end result. The crew showed up every day, rain or shine, and they were neat and tidy and left the job site in good shape during the two-month project. We would work with them again.

Truescape made me feel comfortable and they were willing to educate me on many aspects of my project I was definitely uninformed in. From start to finish, the Truescape design and construction team were awesome. Great and efficient communication throughout. The design process was easy and collaborative, while the construction process was quick and efficient. Super happy with the results and would recommend to anyone for any project!
